The small hotel was HOMEY. Quiet and functional rooms with a table to eat your meal at privately, and good pool. Favourable location close to the lake with views of the town. Also - near grocery store and food like subway, airport in the morning, and really good bistro there, well worth the drive.

The location of the guesthouse was really convenient, right in the heart of the town. It made it easy for us to explore the area and find restaurants and shops. the rooms were also clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. the kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money.
The breakfast provided was quite poor. the options were limited and the quality of the food was not great.

Stayed one night at this lovely guesthouse. The owner was nice and the room was cozy. Plenty of bathrooms so barely crossed paths with other guests. Homey atmosphere in a pretty location. Excellent restaurant next door. No staff on site but everything ran smoothly.
Do recommend this hotel.

This cozy guesthouse in a charming village offers a perfect base for exploring the surrounding mountains and nearby cities. the check, in process is straightforward and the friendly staff make you feel welcome instantly. the fully equipped kitchen and individual dining tables in each room provide convenience and comfort. Clean and well, maintained bathrooms ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast options, although limited, still offer satisfying choices such as waffles and coffee. the location allows for easy access to supermarkets and fuel stations, making it convenient for backpackers to stock up and continue their journey.
The intercom system used for communication with the off, site owner can be a slight inconvenience.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in a nice location, near a swimming pool and not far from a supermarket. I was pleasantly surprised by the underground bedroom, which provided a bit of isolation from other guests. The bathrooms were always clean and available, and the staff was helpful with cleaning. The property also had a great pool. I would recommend this place for its location and amenities.

Great price for Iceland. Cute and comfortable with a full kitchen. Clean linens, comfortable beds, and well-supplied kitchen. Convenient basement apartment with its own toilet/sink. Helpful staff who provided advice for our route. No waiting for bathrooms with a ratio of 5 rooms to 3 bathrooms. Good location and quiet guests. Top-notch info booklet with recommended activities.

The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The location of the guesthouse was convenient, with nearby attractions and amenities easily accessible.
The absence of a communal area or comfortable seating made it difficult to socialize or relax within the guesthouse premises. The noise generated by the small fridge in the room was disruptive and had to be unplugged at night.

I got amazing value for my money at Olga Guesthouse! The room was even better than the pictures showed and the staff were the friendliest people I've ever met at a hotel. The location was perfect for exploring, and I even got to see wild reindeer and the beautiful aurora from the nearby viewpoint.
Breakfast items could have been improved with more options.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were kept clean. The location of the guesthouse was convenient, with various bars, diners, and restaurants within walking distance. It was also nice to have free parking available nearby.
The shared kitchen was not well-equipped and lacked basic supplies. Additionally, there was often a lot of noise coming from the bedrooms above, making it difficult to sleep.
